My mom passed away this weekend at the age of 63. I'm going to take the next week or two off, so this is a bit of a cliffhanger.

Okay, the apparently year-long hiatus is over, and A Boy Called Monk has returned! New strips will be up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and as always, comments or questions are more than welcome.

Taking a break from Monk to work on a new webcomic called Shadowtown (and to work out some technical difficulties).

After submitting two strips to www.webcomicbattle.com and watching them lose on the first day, I'm happy to announce that my third submission "Day 25" has survived and made it to the second day.
